Since starting CCS of Utah in 2015, Blake has been dedicated to helping homeowners create spaces they love. He combines years of experience with a commitment to excellence. Off the job site, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and kids—whether they're out playing baseball together or cheering on their favorite teams. That same passion and connection carry into his work, where client relationships, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail are always a priority.

Tim Cluff

Director of Project Management

Tim is a hands-on enthusiast with a passion for adventure and a proven track record in construction. Over a decade as a foreman and project manager, he has built a reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Whether carving fresh powder on the slopes or cruising across the water, he channels the same meticulous planning and unwavering drive into every pursuit. Driven by reliability, expertise, and a commitment to excellence, Tim has earned the trust of clients who value his hands-on approach and dedication to getting the job done right.

Steve Barkell

Director of Sales & Client Relations

Steve previously worked as a real estate agent for a homebuilder in Salt Lake City. Although he is now retired from real estate, his passion for building homes from the ground up remains strong. He recently joined CCS , where he assists clients in designing and creating their ideal basement spaces.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his children and grandchildren—and he is excited to be welcoming a new grandchild soon.
